PLACE YOUR ORDER
Checkout
Head to checkout after agreeing to the terms found at the bottom of this page. At checkout, you'll calculate any shipping costs, select payment terms, and submit your order.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the resources you need to prepare for delivery and installation.
ACH Payment
After receiving your order, our team will reach out to provide an invoice and instructions to complete your payment.
Upon completing your payment, production on your sauna build will be initiated. Failure to submit payment in a timely manner may result in production delays.

PREPARATION
Site Preparation
After submitting your payment, begin to prepare for your sauna. Using our Site Preparation & Installation Guide, our team will work directly with you to initiate the necessary steps to get your site ready for delivery.
Delivery Scheduling
Halfway through the build of your sauna, our team will reach out to provide an estimated delivery window.
Installment Plan Payment
If you opted to pay using Harbor's Installment Plan, our team will reach out to collect the next 60% of your payment.

DELIVERY
Delivery
As your sauna is nearing completion, our team will provide you with a specific delivery day. You will then be notified when your sauna has left our facility and is preparing for delivery. Our team will provide updates along the way prior to arrival on site.
Installation
Once our team has arrived with your fully assembled sauna, we will work with you to place your sauna on your prepared site. Upon final wiring from your electrician or contractor, your sauna will be ready for use.
Final Installment Plan Payment
Our team will reach out to collect the final 10% of your Installment Plan payment after delivery is successfully completed.
