The ORCA Sauna is a collaborative expression of both east and west coasts, designed in partnership with California-based studio ORCA. Drawing its core inspiration from ice fishing huts found across the Northeast and Scandinavia alike, we have reimagined our Iska Sauna to thoughtfully blend in both materials and surrounding landscapes from the west coast.
The ORCA Sauna is clad entirely in cedar shakes treated with ORCA’s Wood Patina, providing an accelerated silvering of the wood that would otherwise be achieved over the years through exposure to the outside elements. This material and finish provides an intentional connection to centuries of coastal architecture, purposefully used in environments requiring shelter from harsh environments.
The porch includes both ORCA’s copper outdoor shower and towel hooks, functional and aesthetic elements that complement the additional antique brass fixtures found on the exterior of the sauna. Convenient shower access shapes your garden or even more remote setting into a quiet oasis amid the surrounding elements.
Designed to sit 2-4 people comfortably, the ORCA Sauna provides an exceptional outdoor sauna experience with surrounding glass on all sides. A HUUM CLIFF 6kW heater is used inside, insulated with ROCKWOOL and a vapor barrier. Traditional passive airflow is achieved through the floor, exiting through a vent below the upper bench. Additional protection from the elements is provided by a textured standing seam roof in a hand selected bronze colorway.
Delivered fully assembled, the ORCA Sauna is a true melding of Harbor’s maritime design principles and ORCA’s connection to the landscapes and palette of the west coast. Together, we’ve created a structure meant to sit quietly yet distinctively within the elements — built to last, age with grace, and provide a rhythm of restoration for decades to come.

Does Harbor build their saunas in the US?
All Harbor saunas are proudly built in the US. Our materials are intentionally sourced both locally and regionally from different manufacturers that meet our quality standards.

Where is Harbor able to ship?
Our team is able to ship our saunas seamlessly to anywhere in the lower 48 states, with variable shipping times based according to distance from our manufacturing facility. Pricing for shipments in the lower 48 states can be calculated automatically at checkout.

How does delivery work?
After you place your order through our website, our team will reach out directly to you to schedule a date for delivery based on your location. Prior to shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number and instructions for what to expect on delivery day. We will deliver your sauna fully assembled to your prepared site.

How do I prepare my site for delivery?
There are several options to choose from to prepare your site prior to delivery. We recommend preparing a level pad of either stone or concrete in the area you want your sauna to be placed upon delivery. The size of the site will vary based upon the footprint of the model you purchase. Depending on proximity to the closest power source, installing a power line may also be required.
We recommend consulting with a local contractor or 3rd-party site prep service to ensure this is done correctly prior to delivery.
If you wish for your sauna to be placed in a difficult or precarious location, a more involved site prep and service involving cranes and additional team members may be necessary. Please let our team know if feel your delivery site may fall outside the normal installation scope and we will coordinate with you prior to delivery.

What is Harbor’s warranty policy?
All Harbor saunas come standard with a complete 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of installation.
For privately used saunas, HUUM provides a 3-year warranty on electric heaters, wood fired heaters, and control units, and a 1-year warranty on spare parts.
For commercially used saunas, HUUM provides a 1-year warranty on electric heaters, wood fired heaters, control units, and spare parts.

How do I clean and maintain my sauna?
We designed our saunas to age in the outdoors and harsh environments without any necessary cleaning and maintenance. If the event that you wish to provide supplemental or periodic treatment to the exterior of your sauna, please consult our Cleaning & Maintenance Guide.
If you wish to clean the interior benches or floor of your sauna after personal or guest use, you can easily clean your sauna by wiping down with either a damp cloth or sponge with a mild soap, avoiding any products containing strong or harsh chemicals. You may wish to do a more thorough cleaning once a year.
