At the heart of our approach at Harbor Saunas is simplicity - our commitment to providing a straightforward experience that feels approachable at every step. Buying an outdoor sauna can feel complicated, time consuming, and out of reach between inquiry forms, sales calls, or lengthy lead times.
While pre-fabricated sauna kits and the custom build process have their place, we believed there could be a more efficient way to provide a high-end sauna design and purchase experience directly through our website, without the need for unnecessary steps. We've developed a streamlined, straightforward purchase experience that allows you to go at your own pace with resources to support you along the way.

How It Works

PLACING YOUR ORDER
Discovery
Browse the Harbor website to learn more about our products and how our process works. Using our customization integration, design your sauna to best fit your site, intended usage, and budget. We're ready to begin production on your sauna as soon as you submit your order.

Order Submission
When you're ready to submit your order, head to final checkout. Here you will be able to calculate shipping and view the total cost of your build. Choose to pay in full or over the course of your build using our installment plan.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email providing information to help you prepare for your sauna installation.
Payment
Shortly after your order is received, a member from our team will reach out directly to provide your secure Stripe ACH payment link. Based on your selection at checkout, you will either pay in full or the first payment of the installment plan.
Submit your payment whenever you are ready. Production is initiated as soon as your payment is received.

DELIVERY AND PREPARATION
Shipping Coordination
Around halfway through the build process, our team will provide an estimated 3-5 day shipping window. About two weeks from your sauna being completed, you will receive an exact delivery date.
Site Preparation
Prior to the day of delivery, you will need to prepare your site. Our team will provide you all the resources necessary to complete this step and answer any questions along the way.
Shipping Confirmation
You will be notified once your sauna has left our facility and is preparing for delivery.

INSTALLATION
Delivery
You will be notified when your sauna has left our facility and is on its way to your property. Our team will provide updates prior to arrival on site for the delivery of your sauna.
Installation
Using your prepared site, our team will unload and place your sauna. Your sauna will be ready for use upon final wiring by your electrician.
Sign Off
Our team will hand off necessary materials for you to get started and have you sign off on your purchase.
