Drawing from timeless design principles from the Northeast and Scandinavia alike, we provide a range of intentionally selected aesthetic and material choices within our thoughtfully designed sauna models.
Exterior Cladding
Choose from a range of exterior cladding and treatment options, all thoughtfully selected for their longevity in the outdoors, timeless aesthetics, and usage in Northeast and Scandinavian design.

Cedar with Weathered Grey Pre-Patina
We use cedar treated with a pre-patina from our partners at ORCA, a non-toxic and water soluble wood preservative that advances the natural silvering process and provides lifetime protection outdoors. Just like the structures build mindfully in coastal environments, turning a weathered grey over the decades, we provide an option to achieve this look immediately.

Cedar with Black Viking Linseed Oil
We use cedar stained with Black Viking Linseed Oil from Earth and Flax, a trusted centuries-old Scandinavian building treatment specifically known for its protection in harsh coastal and winter climates. Whether left to weather naturally or treated over the years with linseed oil, this cladding option will develop a timeless patina, ensuring it remains as visually striking as it is resilient.

Thermally Modified Ash with Clear UV Treatment
Ash is known as the gold standard when it comes to thermally modified hardwood. A coat of CUTEK Extreme Clear UV protectant is applied by our team to ensure even weathering and further stabilization to the wood. As a result, this exterior leaves our production facility appearing a rich and dark brown. Over time and exposure to the sun, it will slowly fade and naturally form a silver patina.

Our sauna interiors feature floating benches with a backrest, both fully treated with OSMO Oil. This allows the wood to breathe while providing moisture resistance and a surface that is easy to clean and maintain. Dimmable LED lighting underneath the benches helps provide an elevated experience within the sauna.
